Human Resources Manager
We are looking for an HR manager to lead our HR team. You will oversee all HR matters at Open Vista: from recruitment to performance reviews, salary reviews, disciplinary measures, as well as training and skills development.
To succeed in this role, you must have experience as an HR manager or in other senior roles within the HR team, along with knowledge of all legal requirements related to this position.
HR Manager Responsibilities
- ✔ Continuously recruit outstanding team members.
- ✔ Maintain a smooth onboarding process.
- ✔ Train, advise and coach our team members.
- ✔ Resolve conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
- ✔ Carry out necessary administrative tasks.
- ✔ Conduct performance evaluations and salary reviews.
- ✔ Develop clear policies and ensure they are properly communicated.
- ✔ Create clear and concise reports.
- ✔ Deliver useful and engaging presentations.
- ✔ Ensure and report on occupational health and safety compliance.
- ✔ Handle internal investigations, disciplinary procedures and termination procedures.
- ✔ Preserve employee and workplace confidentiality.
- ✔ Lead a team of junior HR managers.
HR Manager Requirements
- ✔ A bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent.
- ✔ Experience in human resources or a related field.
- ✔ The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
- ✔ Experience in training and coaching team members.
- ✔ Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures and internal investigations.
- ✔ Experience in respecting and maintaining confidentiality at work.
- ✔ The ability to deliver presentations.
- ✔ Knowledge of health and safety laws.
- ✔ Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel and Odoo applications.
- ✔ An understanding of Odoo ERP implementation.
