Can I pay with a Moroccan credit card?
Yes. Card payments are accepted in dirhams for Moroccan and international cards, through a PCI DSS-certified gateway. Large accounts can also opt for bank transfer or purchase order.
Is my data hosted in the United States?
Not yet. Today, our VPS and servers are hosted in our New York data center (United States): your data is stored there and will remain there until the opening of our data center in Morocco, in Rabat, currently being deployed with our partner Nexdata. At launch, migrating your data will be possible, and customers who need data sovereignty and residency in Morocco will be able to request it. Compliance with Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data will be ensured by that date.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No long-term commitment on Freelance Pro: the subscription can be canceled at any time. On SaaS plans, an annual commitment entitles you to −15%, and a 30-day money-back guarantee applies if you are not satisfied.
Can I benefit from Maroc Digital 2030 plan subsidies?
Yes. We support you in securing the available grants, which can cover up to 50% of your digitalization project. Our team prepares the application with you.
How do I upgrade from Freelance Pro or the Tourisme 4.0 business application to a higher plan?
Upgrading is done from your customer account, with no service interruption: your data, modules and billing history are preserved.
How do I subscribe to an Open Vista plan?
Each plan is subscribed online by credit card from the Open Vista store (my.openvista.ma). Payment is billed in US dollars, with no fixed term on monthly subscriptions.
Are prices billed in dirhams or dollars?
All prices are displayed and billed in US dollars (USD). The dirham equivalent is given for reference only, at the rate of 1 USD = 9.4 MAD.
What is the difference between a SaaS subscription and a consulting package?
The SaaS subscription provides access to managed applications (CRM, projects, accounting) with continuous support. The consulting package purchases a volume of expert hours: audit, scoping, cloud migration or project support.
Are the plans available outside Morocco?
Yes. Open Vista serves clients in Morocco, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, France and the Gulf. Services are delivered in French, English and Arabic.
