Billing, tax and support from the US side

Currency. Everything is billed in USD. Some US-issued cards still add a foreign transaction fee because the merchant is registered outside the United States; check with your issuer before you are surprised at checkout.
State tax. Whether your business owes state sales or use tax on hosting is a state-by-state question we are not qualified to answer. We give you a clean monthly invoice so your accountant can decide.

Who owns and operates OpenVista?

OpenVista is a Moroccan company based in Rabat, with infrastructure in Morocco and New York. We are not a US-registered entity, and if your procurement requires one, we will tell you on the first call rather than waste your time.

Do I get true root access?

Yes. Root SSH on every plan, your own kernel through full KVM virtualisation, and the ability to reinstall from the console if you lock yourself out.

How fast is deployment?

Automated and typically complete within minutes of payment clearing, not days. You receive the credentials and connect.

Which distributions can I install?

More than fifteen, including Debian, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, CentOS Stream and Alpine, plus custom ISOs on request.

Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
