Where are my sites hosted?
On our dedicated server mtu-web-01, in our New York data center (United States). Data remains in the United States; our Morocco data center is being deployed and will allow migration on request once operational.
Can I manage my email, databases and files myself?
Yes. cPanel gives you access to files (File Manager, FTP/SFTP), email accounts, MySQL/MariaDB databases, SSL certificates, redirects, cron jobs and backups. No command line is needed.
Is SSL really free?
Yes. Every domain gets an automatically renewed Let's Encrypt certificate. You can also install a paid certificate if your policy requires it.
How do backups work?
JetBackup runs a daily backup of each account, retained for 7 to 30 days depending on the plan. You can restore your files, databases and email from cPanel, or ask our team for a restore.
Can I install WordPress, PrestaShop or Joomla?
Yes, in one click with Softaculous (over 400 applications). WordPress also gets staging and LiteSpeed cache.
What happens if my site exceeds the plan limits?
LVE limits protect the server and other customers. We alert you before saturation and offer a higher plan or a dedicated VPS, with assisted migration.
Can I host several sites?
Yes: 1 site on Starter, 5 on Pro and unlimited on Entreprise. Each site can have its own domain, email and database.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Plans are monthly, with no commitment. You can cancel at any time from your client area; your data remains available for 30 days after termination.
How do I migrate my site from my previous host?
Our team performs the migration free of charge: transfer of files, databases, email and certificates, then a full check before the DNS switch. Request it when ordering or via the contact page.
Can I upgrade to a higher plan?
Yes, from your client area: Starter → Pro or Entreprise, and Pro → Entreprise. The cPanel account, files, databases and email are preserved; only the difference is billed pro rata. No downgrade is offered.
