Marketing Manager Responsibilities
- ✔ Evaluate and optimize marketing and pricing strategies.
- ✔ Analyze market trends and prepare forecasts.
- ✔ Generate new prospects.
- ✔ Increase brand awareness and market share.
- ✔ Coordinate marketing strategies with the sales, finance, communications and production departments.
- ✔ Develop and manage the marketing department budget.
- ✔ Oversee branding, advertising and promotional campaigns.
- ✔ Manage the marketing department teams.
- ✔ Prepare and present quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
- ✔ Promote our brand at trade shows and major industry events.
- ✔ Stay informed about marketing strategies and trends.
Marketing Manager Requirements
- ✔ A bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration or equivalent.
- ✔ A master's degree in a relevant field is an asset.
- ✔ At least two years of experience as a marketing manager.
- ✔ Proficiency in digital marketing automation software such as HubSpot Marketing, Bitrix24 and Odoo Marketing apps.
- ✔ In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies, channels and branding.
- ✔ Excellent leadership, communication and collaboration skills.
- ✔ Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- ✔ Strong time management and organizational skills.
- ✔ An understanding of Odoo ERP implementation.
