IT Program Manager
We are looking for a program manager responsible for organizing Open Vista's programs and activities. You will be responsible for developing programs that support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long-term objectives.
You will also be responsible for developing budgets and operating plans for the programs and for drafting funding proposals.
To succeed in this role, you must have prior experience in program management and team management. A bachelor's degree is required.
IT Program Manager Responsibilities
- ✔ Organize programs and activities in line with the organization's mission and objectives.
- ✔ Develop new programs to support the organization's strategic direction.
- ✔ Create and manage long-term objectives.
- ✔ Develop a budget and operating plan for the program.
- ✔ Develop an evaluation method to measure the program's strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- ✔ Draft program funding proposals to ensure continuity of services.
- ✔ Manage a team with diverse talents and responsibilities.
- ✔ Ensure objectives are met in areas such as customer satisfaction, security, quality and team member performance.
- ✔ Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project objectives are met.
- ✔ Meet with stakeholders to ensure clear and transparent communication on project issues and service-related decisions.
- ✔ Produce accurate and timely reports on program status throughout its life cycle.
- ✔ Analyze program risks.
- ✔ Work on strategy with the marketing team.
IT Program Manager Requirements
- ✔ A bachelor's or master's degree in business or a related field.
- ✔ Proven experience in program management.
- ✔ Proven stakeholder management skills.
- ✔ Proven experience in team management.
- ✔ Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel and Odoo.
- ✔ Knowledge of Odoo application technology.
- ✔ An understanding of project management.
