The role
We are looking for an innovative trainer to design training programs for employees who need in-company training and for clients as part of projects. The trainer is responsible for ensuring that new employees receive onboarding training to prepare them for their role.
To succeed as a trainer, you must be observant and have excellent analytical skills. A good trainer knows how to use alternative teaching methods to adapt to different profiles.
Trainer Responsibilities
Performance evaluation
Assess employee performance to identify skills gaps.
Training programs
Create training programs to close employees' skills gaps.
Training materials
Prepare the training materials for the programs.
New employee onboarding
Develop onboarding programs for new employees.
Measuring effectiveness
Conduct surveys to assess program effectiveness.
New teaching methods
Research new teaching methods.
Educational conferences
Attend educational conferences.
Trainer Requirements
- ✔ A degree in teaching or IT training.
- ✔ Prior experience as a trainer or in a similar role.
- ✔ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- ✔ Ability to identify skills gaps.
- ✔ Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches.
- ✔ Excellent organizational skills.
- ✔ Understanding of Odoo ERP implementation.
