Project Manager

Responsibilities include delivering project deliverables, preparing progress reports and establishing effective communication plans, as well as ensuring these plans are properly executed.

To be a successful candidate, you will need proven project management experience and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes. A PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a major asset.

• ✔ Coordinate the members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure that all parties meet project requirements, deadlines and schedules.
• ✔ Bring project team members together to identify and resolve issues.
• ✔ Deliver project deliverables and ensure they comply with quality standards.
• ✔ Prepare progress reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
• ✔ Establish effective communication plans for the project and ensure their execution.
• ✔ Facilitate change requests so that all parties are informed of their impact on schedule and budget.
• ✔ Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials and other documents needed to enable successful implementation and the handover of the process or system to clients.
• ✔ Identify and develop new opportunities with clients.
• ✔ Obtain client validation of project deliverables.
• ✔ Manage customer satisfaction during the project transition period.
• ✔ Conduct the post-project evaluation and identify what succeeded or failed in the project.
• ✔ Supervise Odoo ERP projects.

• ✔ A bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
• ✔ A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• ✔ Proven project management experience.
• ✔ The ability to lead project teams of various sizes and bring them to completion.
• ✔ A solid understanding of formal project management methodologies.
• ✔ Experience as an application project manager, IT project manager, infrastructure project manager or Odoo ERP project manager.
• ✔ Able to deliver projects on time.
• ✔ An understanding of Odoo ERP implementation.
• ✔ Experience supervising application projects.
• ✔ Budget management experience.
