AI Governance & Compliance Specialist
We are looking for an AI governance specialist to frame our practices: risk mapping, regulatory compliance, documentation and best practices.
Responsible AI is not a constraint; it is a condition for trust. You will structure our internal rules and support teams in applying them.
Key responsibilities
- ✔ Maintain the register of AI systems and document their uses.
- ✔ Analyse risks (bias, security, privacy, business impact).
- ✔ Ensure compliance with GDPR, Moroccan law 09-08 and the EU AI Act.
- ✔ Define internal policies and validation procedures.
- ✔ Train and raise awareness among teams on responsible AI.
- ✔ Prepare audits and monitor corrective action plans.
Requirements
- ✔ Master's degree in law, audit, computer science or equivalent.
- ✔ Knowledge of AI and data regulatory frameworks.
- ✔ Experience in risk management or compliance.
- ✔ Ability to explain complex regulatory topics simply.
- ✔ Documentary rigour and organisational skills.
- ✔ French, Arabic and English appreciated.
