Lead AI – Head of AI
We are looking for a Lead AI to drive Open Vista's artificial intelligence strategy, from roadmap definition to the production deployment of high-impact use cases.
You will own the company's AI vision and turn ambition into concrete products and services. You will work closely with leadership, product teams and business units to make AI a measurable driver of competitiveness.
Key responsibilities
- ✔ Define the AI roadmap and align it with the company strategy.
- ✔ Lead and grow the AI team (AI/ML engineers, data, MLOps).
- ✔ Arbitrate between in-house development, open-source models and API providers.
- ✔ Drive use cases from POC to production, with clear value metrics.
- ✔ Establish best practices for evaluation, security and compliance (GDPR, Moroccan law 09-08, EU AI Act).
- ✔ Represent Open Vista to partners, clients and standards bodies.
Requirements
- ✔ Master's degree in computer science, data science or equivalent.
- ✔ 7+ years of experience, including 3 in technical team leadership.
- ✔ Strong command of LLMs, RAG, agents and cloud architectures.
- ✔ Proven experience shipping AI systems to production.
- ✔ Ability to communicate with business units and executives.
- ✔ Fluent French and English; Arabic is a plus.
