White-Label Hosting and Delivery for Agencies

OpenVista supplies North American and UK agencies with white-label KVM NVMe hosting and remote delivery capacity from Rabat in Morocco and New York. Your clients see your brand. We stay behind it, on your schedule, in your working day.

The one advantage a competitor cannot copy: the clock

Most comparisons between delivery locations are about price, and price converges over time. Time zones do not.

Morocco runs on UTC+0 in winter and UTC+1 in summer. Against US Eastern that is a gap of five to eight hours depending on the time of year, which means a brief you send at the start of your day is being worked on before your day ends. Against the UK it is effectively no gap at all: Morocco shares the entire UK working day, year round, at most one hour apart.

Compare that with the destinations North American and UK agencies usually consider for remote delivery. India, the Philippines and much of Latin America sit twelve to fifteen hours away from US Eastern. That is not a scheduling inconvenience, it is a structural one. A question asked at 9am in Toronto is answered tomorrow. A handover sent on Friday afternoon lands on Saturday. Every project picks up an extra day of latency on every single decision.

A UK agency can run a normal Monday-to-Friday cycle with us without a single out-of-hours call. A US agency gets a partner whose day overlaps yours at both ends. No discount from a competitor twelve time zones away changes that arithmetic, and it is the reason we lead with it rather than with price.

What you keep control of

  • Your brand. Nothing we supply puts our name in front of your client. Hostnames, the interface your team uses and the documents your client receives are yours to present exactly as you wish.
  • Your client relationship. We do not market to your clients, we do not ask for their contact details beyond what the work requires, and we do not appear in their inbox.
  • Your pricing. You set what the end client pays. We quote you a wholesale figure, we never publish it, and we never approach your client with our own rate.
  • Your process. Bring your own images, playbooks and Ansible roles. Root SSH means you build the server the way your standard build expects, not the way our panel permits.
  • Your exit. Monthly billing with no contract. If we stop being useful, you move the client at the end of any month, and we will help with the export rather than obstruct it.

A rate card, published rather than quoted on request

Most suppliers in this segment make you ask. Here are our public hosting prices, which are the same wholesale figure an agency pays with no hidden agency tier. Complete detail is on the VPS plans page.

PlanWholesale, per serverSpecification
VPS-1G$9.99/mo1 vCPU, 1 GB RAM, 30 GB NVMe
VPS-2G$19.99/mo1 vCPU, 2 GB RAM, 40 GB NVMe
VPS-3G$34.99/mo2 vCPU, 3 GB RAM, 50 GB NVMe
VPS-4G$39.99/mo2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM, 80 GB NVMe
VPS-5G$49.99/mo3 vCPU, 5 GB RAM, 100 GB NVMe

Worked example. A four-server client estate of one VPS-2G, two VPS-4G and one VPS-5G costs $149.96 a month wholesale. Billed to the client at the standard two to three times markup that agencies in this market apply, that is roughly $300 to $450 a month of recurring hosting revenue that stays entirely in your account. The hosting line is yours, and it renews without you doing anything.

Where delivery rates sit in this market

Agencies in North America and the UK already buy remote delivery, and the wholesale market is priced. Verified rates are roughly $300 to $900 a month per client for local wholesale work and $900 to $2,500 a month at mid-market, which agencies resell at two to three times for 45 to 65 percent gross margin. On the services side specifically, white-label work commonly runs $750 to $2,000 a month per client at 50 to 65 percent margin.

Delivery engagementWhat the market pays wholesaleTypical resale to the end client
Local wholesale SEO delivery$300 to $900/mo2 to 3 times wholesale
Mid-market wholesale SEO delivery$900 to $2,500/mo2 to 3 times wholesale
White-label per-client engagement$750 to $2,000/mo50 to 65 percent gross margin

Those are market observations rather than our price list, and we publish them so you can judge whether a delivery partner is even worth a conversation. We quote delivery work per engagement after scoping, in writing, with the deliverables and the exclusions named. If you want a number before scoping, the honest answer is that the number would be a guess, and guesses are how scope disputes start.

For delivery work we can take on remotely, see our digital and media services page: web development on Odoo, WordPress and headless builds, technical SEO including audits, migrations and structured data, and general IT work. All of it is written to be resold.

The quality objection, answered before you raise it

Canadian buyers are warned by name that remote delivery means poor quality. One Canadian agency's pricing page attacks "offshore outsourcing with no accountability". An Australian competitor advertises "no offshore content mills, ever". A UK pricing guide tells buyers that unusually low quotes mean template work. Those warnings are not unreasonable. They describe the worst suppliers in this market, and they are exactly the standard you should hold us to.

So here is what you can verify rather than take on trust.

  • Named references from our founding team's own project history: Desjardins, Hydro-Québec, CDW Canada, Deschênes Group, the Ministry of Justice of Québec, Sanofi and BNP Paribas. Enterprise and public sector organisations with real procurement processes, not logo-wall decoration.
  • A written scope before work begins, with the deliverables named, the exclusions stated and the assumptions recorded.
  • Named people. You deal with the person doing the work, not an account manager relaying messages to a team you never meet.
  • Refusals. Ask any delivery partner what they will not do. Ours include contacting your clients directly, publishing prices on your behalf, and accepting work we cannot staff inside your working hours.

The sensible way to test all of that is one paid engagement with a fixed scope, judged on the deliverable. We would rather earn a second project than talk you into a retainer.

What we are not, stated plainly

  • We are not a CDN. We do not run an edge network and we will not describe ourselves as one. If your client needs global edge caching or WAF at the edge, put Cloudflare or an equivalent network in front of our servers, and we will help you configure it properly.
  • We have two datacentres, and no more. Rabat in Morocco and New York in the United States. There is no Canadian, UK, European or Australian facility. If a client contract names a country we do not operate in, we cannot satisfy it and we will say so on the first call rather than in the third month.
  • Everything is billed in US dollars, monthly. There is no annual prepay option today and no local-currency invoicing, so a client on a fixed local-currency contract carries the exchange-rate movement rather than us.
  • Our self-service storefront is in French. Orders run through my.openvista.ma in French only at present. You can order on your client's behalf, or we can set you up on a direct arrangement through the contact page.
  • Hosting is self-managed. You get root SSH and full control. We run the hardware, the network, the virtualisation layer and the DDoS filtering. We do not administer your client's application.

We would rather lose a deal at the scoping stage than explain one of these facts to you in month three.

Frequently asked questions from agencies

Will my client be able to tell the server is not local?

Yes, if they look. Hosting is hosting: a traceroute resolves to our network, and reverse DNS can be pointed at a hostname you control. What we do not do is put our brand in front of your client, and that is the part that matters commercially. Total origin concealment is not something any reseller arrangement can honestly promise, so if a client requires it, say so up front and we will tell you what is and is not realistic.

How does billing work between us?

Monthly in US dollars, per server, with no contract and no minimum term. There is no annual prepay option today. You invoice your client however you already invoice them, in whatever currency your contract is written in.

Can you work inside our own tooling and standards?

Yes. Full root SSH on every plan, more than fifteen Linux distributions, and reinstall from the console if you lock yourself out. Build a golden image once and rebuild it in minutes. Bring your own configuration management rather than adapting to ours.

What is your response time on a support ticket?

Support is staffed 24/7 from Rabat in English, French and Arabic. For UK agencies we are inside your working day, so a ticket filed mid-morning is handled mid-morning. For US agencies the overlap sits at both ends of your day, and anything filed overnight is waiting for you in our morning queue.

Do you have a minimum volume commitment?

No. Start with one server and one paid engagement. Terms for fleets of ten servers or more, including consolidated billing, are agreed in writing because the honest number depends on RAM, storage and how much support load the estate actually generates.

What if my client requires a Canadian, UK, European or Australian entity?

Then we are the wrong supplier for that contract. OpenVista is a Moroccan company based in Rabat, with infrastructure in Rabat and New York. We will tell you on the first call rather than let a compliance review discover it later.
