Machine Learning Engineer
We are looking for a Machine Learning engineer to design, train and industrialise predictive models that serve our clients' business processes.
You will cover the full model lifecycle: from data preparation to training, evaluation and production deployment.
Key responsibilities
- ✔ Design and train supervised and unsupervised machine learning models.
- ✔ Perform feature engineering and dataset preparation.
- ✔ Evaluate performance and ensure major biases are avoided.
- ✔ Industrialise models and expose them through APIs.
- ✔ Set up drift monitoring and retraining workflows.
- ✔ Document models and collaborate with data scientists and business teams.
Requirements
- ✔ Master's degree in computer science, applied mathematics or statistics.
- ✔ Proficiency in Python, scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- ✔ Solid statistical background and understanding of metrics.
- ✔ Experience with SQL databases and data engineering.
- ✔ Knowledge of model deployment best practices.
- ✔ Critical thinking about data quality and robustness.
