Business Analyst (Functional Analyst)
We are recruiting a business analyst to join our project team. You will work alongside other business analysts and report directly to the project manager. Your main responsibilities will include detailed requirements analysis, process documentation, and user acceptance testing.
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a naturally analytical mind and be able to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
Business Analyst Responsibilities
- ✔Assess business processes, anticipate requirements, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
- ✔Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
- ✔Stay current with the latest advances in processes and IT in order to automate and modernize systems.
- ✔Lead meetings and presentations to share ideas and results.
- ✔Perform requirements analysis.
- ✔Document and communicate the results of your work.
- ✔Effectively communicate your analyses and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- ✔Gather key information in meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.
- ✔Work closely with clients, technicians, and management.
- ✔Provide leadership, training, coaching, and mentoring to junior team members.
- ✔Allocate resources and ensure cost control.
- ✔Ensure that solutions meet the company's needs and requirements.
- ✔Conduct user acceptance testing.
- ✔Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance.
- ✔Update, implement, and maintain procedures.
- ✔Prioritize initiatives based on the company's needs and requirements.
- ✔Act as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
- ✔Manage competing resources and priorities.
- ✔Monitor deliverables and ensure projects are completed on time.
Business Analyst Requirements
- ✔A bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or an MBA.
- ✔At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- ✔Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- ✔The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- ✔Advanced technical skills.
- ✔Excellent documentation skills.
- ✔Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- ✔Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- ✔Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Odoo.
- ✔A proven track record of meeting commitments.
- ✔Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- ✔Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- ✔Knowledge of Odoo application technology.
- ✔A proven track record of leading and supporting successful projects.
