Open Vista is proud to present the outstanding success of its collaboration with Links Conseil IT. Our team demonstrated unmatched expertise in orchestrating and delivering complex projects, resulting in exceptional outcomes.
Our Achievements
The workstation migration and deployment project, which covered 15 sites and 2,000 users, including data centers and 14 satellite sites, was our first major achievement. With a $4 million budget and a team of 10 to 20 people under our leadership, we ensured a smooth workstation transition. We implemented an authentication solution for remote access via Citrix Access Gateway (VPN). This 12-month project was completed on time and within budget, demonstrating our ability to lead and guide cross-functional teams.
In another critical project, we managed the migration of 700 workstations from XP to Windows 7, along with operating system migrations and upgrades. With a 6-month deployment timeline and a $200,000 budget, our 15 dedicated experts managed the project's complexity, ensuring a smooth transition while staying within budget.
The feasibility study for redesigning Active Directory domains and relocating workstations and resources across multiple disciplines was our third notable achievement. We conducted this complex study in three months, with a $20,000 budget, supervising a team of 15 people. This engagement demonstrated our ability to design and execute complex projects efficiently within tight timelines and budgets.
Technically, we were experts in Citrix Xen Server and XenApp, AD access infrastructure, MDM, MPLS, ADFS, Agility Center, Windows Server 2003 and 2008, Big-IP, Cisco, Active Directory, Exchange 2007, Windows XP, and MPLS VPN networking.
Open Vista takes great satisfaction in the completion of these projects. They demonstrate our ability to manage complexity, to mobilize resources efficiently and to exceed our clients' expectations. We look forward to continuing this relationship and to achieving comparable success in our future projects.
