Monthly subscriptions and consulting packages
Subscriptions are billed monthly in USD with no commitment. Consulting is sold as fixed packages, payable in instalments and cancellable at the end of the package. The dirham column shows the equivalent published on each offer page (reference rate 1 USD ≈ 9.4 MAD).

Payment. Card payment (Moroccan and international cards, PCI DSS certified gateway). Bank transfer and purchase orders accepted for large accounts. Invoices are downloadable from your customer area. Invoicing complies with Moroccan law 09-08 on personal data protection.
Annual and quarterly options. For example, PME Starter is $159.99 monthly, $431.97 quarterly (10 % off) or $1,631.90 annually (15 % off). There is no long-term commitment on the monthly option.

How much does an Odoo ERP cost in Morocco?
From 0 MAD if you self-host Odoo Community up to 450,000+ MAD for a bespoke large-company integration. For an SME the licence is rarely the biggest line: integration, data migration and training account for 60 to 80 % of the budget. An Open Vista hosted SME bundle starts at 1,500 MAD per month.
Is the Odoo licence free?
Odoo Community is open source and free, with no licence fee. Odoo's paid plans (Standard and Custom) bundle every app with hosting, support and upgrades. The per-user price depends on the country of subscription, so the official configurator on odoo.com is the only exact source for Morocco.
What is not included in the Odoo licence?
Odoo states plainly that the licence excludes the implementation service, Odoo.sh hosting for custom code, In-App Purchase credits (SMS, document AI) and maintenance of custom code. Those are exactly the lines to budget on top.
Is the 20 % first-year discount permanent?
No. Odoo gives a 20 % discount valid for 12 months on the initial users. Budget on the full year-two rate from day one, and treat the year-one discount as a cash bonus rather than a permanent price.
How is Open Vista priced?
We publish every price. Subscriptions are billed monthly in USD: from $19.99 per month for Freelance Pro up to $159.99 per month for the full hosted PME Starter ERP. Consulting is sold as fixed packages: 10 hours at $669.99, 40 hours at $2,382.99 and 100 hours at $5,212.99, with rates falling from 630 to 490 MAD per hour.

Where are the servers located?
Rabat, Morocco and New York, USA. Open Vista has no data centre in the EU, the UK, Canada or Australia and does not offer EU or UK data residency.
